Founder and Managing Partner
Ray founded Courtney Havers in 1990 but his experience in Financial Services goes back to 1973 when he began his career working as a personal tax adviser in a firm of Chartered Accountants based in London’s West End.
Claire is a Chartered Financial Planner and has been with Courtney Havers since 2006, with her Financial Services experience going back to 1999. She advises private clients on Investments, Retirement Planning, Protection and Long-Term Care.
Matt joined Courtney Havers in 2007 after working in the insurance industry for over 20 years. As a Financial Adviser he provides advice to both individuals and small businesses and his aim is to keep things simple. Matthew is married with 2 children and in his spare time coaches cricket, rugby and football for a local sports club in Wimbledon.
Matt began his career with Courtney Havers in 1997, with the original aim of working here for only 1 year! He provides financial planning advice to both personal and corporate clients. Matt is married with 3 children.
After starting his working life as a geologist in South Africa, Graham has worked in Financial Services for more than 20 years. He advises private clients on Investments, Estate and Retirement Planning, and is known as the man who makes pensions interesting.
Chartered Financial Planner
Ben joined Courtney Havers in 2015 and provides financial planning advice to both personal and corporate clients. Outside of work, Ben is an active cyclist and a keen football fan.
Phil has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years, in both Advisory and Management roles and is now providing technical support to our Advisory team.
Ian started his career in Banking and has subsequently worked in the Asset Management, Insurance and IT world. Ian is responsible for the day-to-day running of our business.
Business Support Manager
Charlotte has been with Courtney Havers since 2009. She is a qualified Office Administrator with a Diploma in Business Administration.
Client Services Manager
Kirsty re-joined Courtney Havers in 2015 with over 26 years’ experience in Financial Services. She is passionate about providing a first class ongoing service to our clients.
Client Services Administrator
Charlotte joined us in March 2016 and is a qualified Office Administrator. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration.
